What does ‘3ATM‘ and ‘5ATM’ mean?
Most of our watches have a water resistance of 3ATM & 5ATM.
3 ATM = limited waterproof, splash-proof: The watch is protected from splashes such as rain, must not be immersed in water, and must not be used in swimming or sauna.
5 ATM = limited waterproof: The watch can be used in humid conditions, e.g. in surface water. The watch can withstand splashes, shower and is suitable for swimming. It is not suitable for water sports, pool-side diving or sea diving.

Note: The warranty does not cover the watch strap, only the watch itself.
What type of leather is used?
Our leather straps are made of genuine cow-hide leather or artificial leather, depending on the type of watch.
What is the glass made of?
The glass we use for our watches is made of hardened mineral reinforced glass, which is scratch resistant.
Is there a warranty?
2-year warranty for all its watches that covers manufacturer's defects after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer.
You can also opt for a Lifetime Warranty for a small additional cost for each watch. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don't work properly due to a production error, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this warranty does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own.
Additionally, it does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt (order confirmation email). Please note, the Lifetime Warranty option is non-refundable.
Will I need to replace my battery?
Watch batteries are designed to not need replacing often. The battery duration will depend on the watch and its features, but a newly purchased watch should last up to 2 years, or even up to 3 or 4 years in some cases.
If you do need to replace the battery - any watch repair shop or jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't recommend replacing the battery yourself, as it requires special tools and expertise.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards/debit cards and customers may also pay using PayPal or Shop pay.
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept cash on delivery.
Where do we ship our watches from?
With world-leading technology, all watches are manufactured in Beijing by certified watch artisans. We have multiple warehouses Globally.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of placement, however, due to the high demand for our products & quality control procedures this can sometimes take up to 3 business days.
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped.
GIVAANI is not responsible for any duties/taxes that will be applied to your package. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees.
Can I still modify my order?
We will do everything we can to modify your order upon your request - but if the order is already processed from our end, we will not be able to change the order. Please contact us as soon as you can if you wish to modify your order.
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact our support.
My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive the tracking information via email and your order status will change to "Fulfilled".
I did not receive my order.
We stand by your order. If you did not receive it, or if there is any issue, contact us at support@givaani.com, and we’ll resolve it as soon as possible.
I didn’t receive any Email Confirmation.
Please always check your SPAM/junk folder, and wait at least 15-20 minutes after ordering. If you still didn’t receive any confirmation, email us at support@givaani.com and we'll get back to you shortly.
I would like to cancel my order.
As we process orders after 2 hours of purchase, if you have decided to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at support@givaani.com within 2 hours purchase window so we can handle your cancellation request in time.
What should I do if my watch is broken or damaged during delivery?
We will carefully pack your watch making sure it arrives at your door safely and intact. In very rare cases, if your watch has been broken/damaged during delivery, we will send a replacement free of charge for you. Please reach out to us at support@givaani.com.
